About Us

A native of Live Oak, Florida, Brandon received a football scholarship to Cumberland University near Nashville, Tennessee.  After graduating in 2006 and weighing his options of remaining in Tennessee or traveling to Louisiana to join family members already working in the industry, Brandon chose a fresh start in Baton Rouge. Starting as a helper and working his way up to running his own crew, it didn’t take long for Brandon to realize what was needed in the industry and how to succeed.  In 2007, he opened Relief Windows.  Brandon lives in Prairieville with his wife, Adrienne, and their daughter, Rylan.

Adrienne was born and raised in South Louisiana, attended elementary school in Port Allen and moved to Zachary as a teenager.  After attending St. Joseph’s Academy during high school, she attended LSU where she was a student worker and then hired as full-time staff in 2002.  Brandon and Adrienne met in 2007 and were married in April of 2012.  Adrienne continued to work for LSU until 2016 when her daughter, Rylan, was born.  Adrienne now works part-time with Relief Windows where her responsibilities include social media, marketing and planning and overseeing special events.

Husband and father of two toddler girls, Darryl was born in Tampa and grew up in North Florida.  He is one of eight kids (four boys, four girls) with parents who have been married 50+ years.  After four years at Florida State University, Darryl graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.  He has been diligently working in the replacement window and door industry since 2009.

Cory is a graduate of St Amant High School and Southeastern Louisiana University with a BA in Management.  He assumed leadership roles throughout his school years in various concert and marching bands.  Cory has almost 20 years of customer service experience in various retail settings and has been awarded numerous customer service awards throughout his career.  He has worked at Relief Windows since 2015 and currently holds the position of Purchasing Manager.

Paige was born and raised in Donaldsonville, Louisiana, where she attended Ascension Catholic, graduating in 2009.  After high school, she attended River Parishes Community College where she obtained a degree in general studies.  In 2013, Paige became a certified dental assistant and has since provided her volunteer services with Healing Place Church, offering general dental care for impoverished members of the Baton Rouge community.  Paige worked as the director of technology at Gateway Preschool and Technology Center from 2014 to 2016 before joining the Relief Windows team.  As office manager, she currently handles scheduling, acts as a customer liaison and oversees customer outreach through local home and garden shows.  Paige currently resides in Baton Rouge where she enjoys cooking, attending LSU sporting events and traveling to new places. 

Byron Crowfoot is a native of Atlanta, GA, and now resides in Prairieville, after completing three and a half years in active duty with the U.S. Army from February 2010. Deciding that he wanted to stay in the military part-time to become an Army Officer in August 2013, he transitioned into the Louisiana National Guard after completing OCS (Officer Candidate School) in August 2015 and EBOLC (Engineer Basic Officer Leadership Course) in June 2016. As a Platoon Leader for the Vertical Engineer unit in the 1023rd, he leads a detachment platoon of 45+ soldiers in Monroe, LA, and is working towards his Captain’s Career Course. Byron has a family of five with his wife, Arrianne, and three beautiful children, Tristan, Ethan and Regan, who are his biggest inspiration to always do his best in everything he aims to accomplish. Byron has over 10 years of experience in numerous sales positions with various esteemed companies such as Vivint Smart Home, Renewal By Andersen, and Kraft Foods. Byron is a proud graduate of The Art Institute of Atlanta with a BFA in Media Arts & Animation in 2003 also with a Masters Certificate in Music Business & Technology from Berklee College of Music in 2013. Byron’s optimistic and charismatic personality is his best quality, and he’ll always find value in everyone he encounters and makes sure to let them know. Byron began working at Relief Windows in May of 2017. Relief Windows is absolutely excited and delighted to have Byron as one of our valuable team members.

Mark Sievers is a native of New Orleans but moved to Denham Springs five years ago, where he and his wife Jenny live with their three daughters. Mark has strong family values and enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, especially enjoying taking them fishing and boating. Mark has a degree in electrical engineering but realized long ago that his passion was for sales and customer relationships. With over 25 years of sales, leadership and management experience, Mark joined Relief Windows in 2015, and his strong work ethics and integrity continue to create great customer relationships. Relief Windows is proud to have Mark as one of our team members.

Born and raised in Berwick, LA, and educated at Northwestern State University in Natchitoches. Earl spent the early years of his working life at Sherwin Williams Paints. After 15 years in the paint industry, he moved on to Artcrete, Inc., which specializes in the decorative concrete area of construction.  After several years of traveling North America for Artcrete, he settled back in Baton Rouge with Norandex/ABC Supply where he maintained a territory specializing in exterior building materials.  He also was a licensed Louisiana Home Inspector for several years.  Earl joined Relief Windows in December of 2016 after several years of supplying materials to Relief Windows as a vendor.  Earl’s experience in the construction industry brings value to our customers.  He spends his time off with his wife, Ronna, attending sporting events such as LSU football and baseball games, Saints games and their granddaughter Bella’s softball tournaments.  He also enjoys fishing Louisiana’s saltwater marshes.

Mike is a native of New Orleans and now resides in Harahan.  Mike studied business at Loyola University and was a residential general contractor/developer for most of his life but has a varied business background that includes construction field observations and progress and cost reports for residential and commercial lenders.  He also has experience in owning and operating various businesses including restaurants, lounges, printing and multifamily rentals, as well as in managing and consulting for large-scale food and beverage operations at multiple locations.  Mike has been in home improvement sales for the last 10 years and joined Relief Windows in 2014.  Working together with ownership, Mike was an integral part in developing the sales team and practices that exist at Relief Windows today.  Mike takes pride in developing great customer relationships through recognizing client needs and making them a priority.

A native of Baton Rouge, Aaron graduated from Catholic High School and received a baseball scholarship to Louisiana Tech University. After graduating with a major in Business Management, he moved back to Baton Rouge to immediately start a career in the Oil and Gas industry as a Petroleum Landman. After 7 years in the industry, the economic ups and downs pushed him to take his sales experience into a much more stable career of Windows and Doors Sales. Aaron has three years experience in the industry and truly prides himself on customer service. Aaron joined Relief Windows in 2018 and currently resides in Prairieville.  

Ariana was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and raised in Geismar Louisiana, where she attended and graduated Dutchtown High School in 2012. Ariana worked as an Office Manager from 2016-2020 before joining Relief Windows. Ariana is recently married to Chase LeBlanc and enjoys spending her free time with their 3 children in the woods, in the pasture or on the lake.
